FOUR WAYS FOR EMPLOYERS TO PARTICIPATE
Grand Vacations offers four participation models for employers:
Program Facilitator – Employer allows the program to be presented to their employees without any financial obligation or contribution on their part, and simply acts as a facilitator for payroll deductions and program payments. |
Membership Only Contribution – Employers can help their employees get started by paying for the annual membership fee, or by paying for the first month's savings amount for example. |
Shared Program Costs – Employers can contribute a portion (25%, 50%, etc.) of the monthly savings amount each month, just like employer contributions to employee savings or retirement plans, to their employee’s monthly travel savings account. |
Full Benefit Payment for Employees – As a benefit, incentive, or reward, employers can cover the full cost of the program for their employees.
In most scenarios, the employer simply participates as a program facilitator, allowing Grand Vacations to have online and on-site access for voluntary employee enrollments, and is responsible for making the corresponding payroll deductions, based on the individual plans selected by their employees, then remitting those payments for the program on a pass-through basis. It's that easy. We're delighted to work with you to configure an approach that is just right for your organization. |
